Light filters through the intricate cut-outs of this chair, casting dynamic patterns that enliven any space. Featuring a moulded plywood backrest with CNC-milled fretwork, the design takes inspiration from the decorative Gingerbread facades seen in Trinidad. The steel tube frame provides strength and stability, while interchangeable plastic glides help protect floors. Originally designed by Nanna Ditzel in 1993—a key figure in Danish design—the chair is stackable up to eight units, making it ideal for both public venues and private interiors. Its ventilated seat not only enhances comfort but also contributes to improved acoustics.
